How to Make the Best-Ever Chocolate Olive Oil Cake
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened sifted cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 3/4 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups brewed coffee
- 1 tbsp. white vinegar
Reminder: Preheat your oven to 350°F.

- Take a 9in round cake pan and line the bottom with some parchment paper. Add a coat of cooking spray to the bottom and sides of the pan so your cake doesn’t stick when you bake it later on.
