Slow-cooked meals are a great way of filling my stomach and warming my heart! And because I’m a foodie, I love all types of food equally. As long as it’s a culinary innovation, I’m there!
But every winter, I realize it gets a little bit harder to feel energetic with all the holiday weight gain. And so, I’ve decided to be strictly vegan with my soups.
Still haven’t embraced the healthy lifestyle? Starting with these vegan soups is the perfect way to pace yourself! Soups are light but you can taste every flavor.
They are so hearty and filling, one bowl of vegan ingredients is enough for a full meal! Vegan soups are great because the ingredients complement each other when combined. Also, they embrace every kind of seasoning you could think of!Truly, a foodie ingredient heaven! Here are some of my favorites.

Start out with a classic mushroom soup made creamier and healthier! Add kale chips and garlic for that vegan twist. Now you’ll never want to have mushroom soup any other way!

3. Vegan Egg Drop Soup
Be still, your vegan heart! A vegan egg drop soup doesn’t actually have eggs! The genius invention is in the alternatives, which is why I love it!
4. Moroccan Cauliflower Soup
Vegan soups are good enough, but when they’re also good for your paleo diet? Heaven-sent!
Go for a Moroccan cauliflower soup that has apples, carrots, and pistachio. A vegan medley that will leave you wanting more!

The whole reason for pinning is to make life easier. I get a ton of emails a day, I don’t want to go searching through my emails for your recipes.
