I’ve been making these delicious vegan soups all throughout winter! This is because the winter cold can get a little unbearable, so every year I find ways to keep myself warm and cozy. This year, I’ve decided not only to keep myself warm but also be healthy while doing so. Which is why I have these vegan soups listed in this posy so you can try them yourself! Cooking soups that are solely vegan may seem a bit limiting, but I promise you, there are enough vegetables and vegan ingredients to create countless combinations of vegan soups! Let’s get cookin’!
Healthy Vegan Soups to Warm Your Heart
Before my obsession with vegan soups, I used to bust out my slow-cooker and think of every possible ingredient that would make a great slow-cooked meal. Slow-cooked meals are a great way of filling my stomach and warming my heart! And because I’m a foodie, I love all types of food equally. I didn’t care if it was made of meat or veggies, healthy or not, I’ll make ’ema nd I’ll eat ’em. As long as it’s a culinary innovation, I’m there! But every winter, I realize that it gets a little bit harder to feel energetic with all the holiday weight gain. And so, I’ve decided to be strictly vegan with my soup.
