Pimento goes with everything! Yes, we mean everything. Well, maybe except for desserts. But then again, this pimento cheese recipe is so delicious, it may just go with dessert.
Pimento cheese is mostly paired with crackers, celery, tortilla chips, and deviled eggs and is a popular alternative to American cheese for grilled cheese sandwiches. Pimento is so versatile you can eat it in any possible way you please. It’s a spread, dip, scsalt and black pepper to tastehmear, topping or filling,. The best thing about this iconic Southern dish is that it is cheap and easy to buy and make. Here’s What You’ll Need:
- 2 cups shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper (optional)

Put the cheddar cheese in the mixing bowl.
Add in the cream cheese.
Add the mayonnaise.
Put a 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder.
