Here is one homemade pork chop recipe to try today.

Ingredients

4 pieces of pork chops
2 tablespoons of canola oil
½ teaspoon of ground pepper
½ teaspoon of salt
½ cup of all purpose flour

For the Applesauce:
½ cup of water
3 pieces of apples (cored, peeled and chopped)
3 tablespoons of sugar
1/8 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon of butter

Instructions

Step 1. The first thing that you need to do is to prepare the applesauce recipe. Get a medium sized sauce pan and place it over medium heat. Place butter in it and allow it to melt. Add the apple slices into the pan and cook for 5 minutes. Stir consistently. Add juice, sugar, water and salt into the pan. Cook for 25 minutes. Stir from time to time. The apples must be tender at that time. Using the back of the spoon, gently mash the apples in a small bowl.

Step 2. Next, you must prepare the pork. Place a large skillet pan over medium heat. Get a shallow dish and put flour into it. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of the pork and spread it evenly. Dredge the pork into the flour. Pour oil into the pan. Swirl the pan in order to evenly distribute the oil. Place pork into the pan. Cook for 5 minutes or until the pork turns golden. Flip the pork over and continue cooking for 3 minutes more.

Step 3. Serve with applesauce and enjoy.
