Well lucky for you, there's a way to make ice cream in less than an hour (and even as fast as 30 minutes). Best of all, you only need two ingredients: frozen fruit and heavy cream. Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- sugar (optional)
Instructions:
- Toss frozen blueberries into large bowl
- Pour heavy cream
- Add sugar (optional)
- Stir for 2 minutes
- Place in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour
- Enjoy!
