Step 1: Cook Quinoa
Cook your quinoa according to the package instructions and set it aside in a bowl to cool.
Step 2: Steam Spinach
Steam your spinach for 3 minutes and arrange the leaves on the quinoa. Add the kimchi as well.
Step 3: Avocado & Radish
Place your sliced avocado and radish on the quinoa.
Step 4: Complete Your Bowl
Finish your bowl with egg slices, sesame seeds, thinly cut nori slices and the sauce made from soy, sesame oil, ginger and rice vinegar.
