French Vanilla Coffee Creamer
What You Will Need:
- 2 cups milk of choice (almond milk, whole milk, etc.)
- 1 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1 tsp arrowroot starch
- 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Steps:
- Add the milk, condensed milk, arrowroot starch, and maple syrup in a saucepan over low heat.
- Allow the mixture to cook until it simmers, then remove from the heat and add vanilla extract. You can add more to enhance the vanilla flavor; stir well as you go.
- Let the mixture cool and store in a jar or airtight container.
- Refrigerate your homemade coffee creamer; consume within 6-7 days.
Chocolate Coffee Creamer
What You Will Need:
- 2 cups milk of choice (almond milk, whole milk, etc.)
- 1 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp arrowroot starch

- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

- 1/2 cup crushed hazelnuts
Steps:
- Mix the milk, condensed milk, arrowroot starch and maple syrup in a saucepan over low heat.
- Wait for the concoction to simmer, then remove from the heat and add the vanilla and hazelnut extracts.
- If you prefer to add a fresh and nuttier flavor to your creamer, roast 1/2 cup of crushed hazelnuts. Blend with 1/4 cup of water until it turns into a slightly smooth texture.
- Place the blended nuts on a tight-weave cloth and squeeze out the milk. Pour the nut milk extract on the creamer mixture you made beforehand and stir again over low heat.
- Let the mixture cool and store in a jar or airtight container.

What You Will Need:
- 2 cups milk of choice (almond milk, whole milk, etc.)
- 1 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp arrowroot starch
- 3 tbsp caramel ice cream or caramel cubes
- 1/2 tsp salt
Steps:
- Pour your milk, condensed milk, and arrowroot starch into a saucepan and cook over medium to low heat.
- Once it simmers, remove from the heat and add the vanilla extract. Then, while the mixture is hot, add three tablespoons of caramel ice cream. Stir once again until the ice cream is completely melted.
- Add half a teaspoon of salt to bring out the sweetness of the caramel ice cream.
- If you would like to use caramel cubes, add two tablespoons of water and cook the cubes over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Make sure to stir once in a while until the caramel is fully melted.
- Just like with the ice cream, add half a teaspoon of salt onto the melted caramel mixture.
- Incorporate the melted caramel into your milk mixture in a saucepan until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- Set aside and let it cool before pouring in a jar or airtight container.
- To store, you may put it in the fridge for up to a week.
