Named after a South Korean candy made with melted sugar and baking soda—Dalgona coffee is a cold latte drink that comes with a velvety smooth and sweet coffee foam on top. It's got everyone acting like a barista from a fancy third-wave coffee shop. Try it out for yourself!
Things you need:
- Mixing Bowl
- Whisk
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp of instant coffee
- 2 Tbsp of sugar
- 2 Tbsp of hot water
- 1/2 cup milk
- Ice
Step 1: Make the froth
Combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in a bowl. Use a milk frother, whisk, or spoon to whisk the mixture. Depending on what you use, it should take 2-10 mins for the mixture to reach your preferred foaminess.

Step 2: Iced Milk

Pour your preferred milk into a glass and add ice.
