Grocery Shopping List
We’ve put together a list of nutrient-filled, shelf-stable foods, divided by sections. This will keep your whole family nourished and satisfied in the event that everyone will be staying inside for an extended period of time in the practice of social distancing.
1. Fruits
It’s important to look for long-lasting fruits, whether it be canned (no added sugar) or fresh. Depending on the fruit, you should get plenty of vitamins from them.
While frozen and dried fruits do not contain the water that fresh fruit does, they still contain plenty of nutrients. These types of fruits can be used to create smoothies, top cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, and it can also be added to baked goods.

2. Vegetables
