Air fryer turkey breast is the next best thing if you don’t have the time to prepare a full bird. This recipe hits all the right flavors and can be prepared in much less time.

Quick and Easy Air Fryer Turkey Breast Perfect for Thanksgiving

Ingredients:
- 2 3/4 pounds turkey, on the bone with skin
- 1 tbsp. fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 tbsps. unsalted butter, cold
Reminders: Pre-heat your air fryer to 350 F degrees.

Directions:
- Place the finely chopped rosemary and chives with minced garlic, salt, and ground black pepper into the cutting board. Put the butter on top of the herbs and cut it into thin slices.
- Mash the butter with the herbs until everything thoroughly blends.
- Pat the turkey breast dry.
- Rub both sides of the breast turkey with the herbed butter, including under the skin too.
- Place the turkey in the air fryer basket with the skin-side down. Fry for 20 minutes.
- Carefully turn the turkey skin-side up. Continue frying until the thermometer inserted reads 165 degrees F.
- When done, tent an aluminum foil into a platter and transfer the cooked turkey. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
