Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of self-rising flour
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Pizza toppings (depending on your preference)
  • Cooking Spray

Step 1: Combine the Ingredients

Mix the two ingredients until you form a dough. You can use a spatula to scrape mixture left on the sides of the bowl.

Step 2: Knead the Dough

During this step, it’s important to dust the surface with the flour and wet your hands. You can also sprinkle some flour on top of the dough before transferring it to the floured area.

Knead the pizza dough and add more flour (as necessary) to avoid a sticky dough. Continue to do this step for about 8 to 10 minutes or until it passes the windowpane test.

Note: The windowpane test is the best way to know if your pizza dough is ready. To do this, take a small piece from the large dough and stretch it on all sides until you can see through the other side. This means that your dough is elastic and ready to be popped in the oven.

Step 3: Add the Toppings

Roll the two-ingredient pizza dough into a circular shape. Afterward, spray the baking pan with cooking spray and gently transfer the dough into it. Here, you can add sauce and go crazy with the toppings. You can add tons of cheese, pepperoni, or pineapples (maybe).

Step 4: Bake the Dough

The trick in achieving that perfect crust is to bake the pizza dough at high temperature. Make sure to set your oven at 500 degrees otherwise, you’ll end up with a doughy pizza. Bake it for 20 to 30 minutes or until you see the crust turning into brown.

If you want more a flavorful pizza dough, you can add spices to it! Garlic powder, basil, and oregano are the way to go to achieve that Italian kick for your pizza. You can also add infused oils like rosemary and sage to have that aromatic smell plus these are unique flavors that you can explore.

This homemade pizza recipe is a complete game-changer! Try it out, I promise it’s as good as regular pizza.
