Orange Plum Smoothie Recipe (serves 2)
Ingredients
2 oranges (peeled)
4 large plums
1 ripe pear
Dash of raspberry juice (if preferred)
Method
If you like your smoothies more runny then first add a dash of raspberry juice to the blender. Next drop in the plums and oranges then whiz it up. Finally add the pear and whiz up some more. Serve.
Orange Twist Smoothie Recipe (serves 1)
Ingredients
1 large juicy orange, peeled
1 juicy pear, cored & chopped
approx 200g red or black grapes
1 x lime slice 2 ice cubes

Ingredients
8oz cranberry juice
5 strawberries cut into halves
5 ice-cubes
Method
Place all ingredients into blender, and process until smooth.
Pineapple Delight Smoothie Recipe (serves 5-6)
Ingredients
1 whole fresh pineapple cut into pineapple rings
10-15 raspberries
20-30 fresh strawberries
2 cups of apple or orange juice
Method
To make this recipe just add the pineapple rings to the blender first and blend for around 20 seconds. Next add the raspberries, strawberries and apple or orange juice to the pineapple and blend for a further 35 seconds.
Serve and enjoy. Perfect for a Summer evening drink.

Ingredients
6 strawberries
1 banana
5 raspberries
1 clementine
2 ice-cubes
Method
Blend the fruits together first, then gradually add the ice.
Mango Pineapple Breeze Smoothie Recipe (serves 2)
Ingredients
1 x 12 oz can of frozen 5 alive orange juice concentrate
6 oz’s of Hansen’s mango pineapple premium nectar
1 cup of pineapple juice
1 cup of ice cubes

For this quick recipe just blend ingredients in a blender until nice and smooth for approx 20 seconds.
