It's hearty and actually fun to eat especially when you have lots of delectable recipes to get creative with your oatmeal. And I'm very glad to share my latest discovery how you can enjoy oatmeal the simplest way. It's perfect when you want to take a break from your go-to oatmeal recipe. This easy oatmeal cups recipe will make you want to stock up on oatmeal in your pantry. Also, if you're looking for a snack to make your kids ditch fatty and unhealthy foods, then this recipe came just in time, like a superhero!

Healthy snacks are no longer bland and boring, sometimes they taste even better!

Ingredients:

Step 1: Add oatmeal flakes

In a medium bowl, add 1 cup oatmeal flakes.

Step 2: Add mashed banana

Mash one fully ripe banana and add that to the oatmeal flakes.

Step 3: Add honey

Add 2 to 3 tablespoon of honey into the oatmeal mixture.

Step 4: Add cinnamon powder

Add a half teaspoon of cinnamon into the mixture.

Step 5: Add vanilla extract

Then, put a half teaspoon of vanilla extract for added flavor and aroma.

Step 6: Mix well

Toss the mixture well until you get that ooey-gooey texture.

Step 7: Prepare the cups

Use silicon baking cups to mold your oatmeal cups. Oil the cups with olive oil cooking spray.

Step 8: Mold the oatmeal cups

In your prepared silicon baking cups, put 1 and a half tablespoons of the oatmeal mixture. Press the mixture slightly to fit in the cup.

Step 9: Bake the oatmeal cups

Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the oatmeal cups for 15 minutes.

Step 10: Prepare the filling

Get a bowl and add 3 tablespoons of yogurt or curd. Whisk until smooth using a spatula. Then, put it in a piping bag.

Step 11: Fill in the oatmeal cups

When your oatmeal cups are out of the oven, let them cool and fill them with yogurt or curd.
