Today, I am going to teach you how to make your very own noodles so that you can eat fresh anytime! I’ll even throw in my secret broth recipe just to make things more delicious.
For the noodles you'll be needing:
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 pinch of salt
Procedure:
Step 1.
Mix ingredients all together.
Step 2.
Knead the dough until it forms.
Step 3.
Roll it thinly.
Step 4.
Cut it into ½ inch strands.
Step 5.
Boil in water for 10 minutes. Strain and let it cool.
For the broth you’ll be needing:
½ cup of beef stock
8 cups of water
½ kilo of beef ribs
½ cup of soy sauce
1 onion
2 tbsps of salt
Procedure:
Step 1.
Put in sliced onions, salt, beef stock, soy sauce, water and beef ribs in pressure and cook for 20 minutes then turn pressure cooker off and let it release it’s lock naturally.
Step 2.
Take beef ribs and shred or slice the meat into desired size.
Step 3.
Put noodles in a bowl then add meat on top of it.
Step 4.
Pour in 2 cups of soup from the pressure cooker.
Now that’s how you cook an amazing bowl of hot noodles with soup. It may be simple but it packs a big punch in your hungry stomach. Enjoy!
