Meatballs may be a simple dish, but this recipe is nothing but ordinary.

INGREDIENTS:
- Grounded Pork or Beef
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- Half cup of chopped parsley
- Tomato sauce
- Salt *to taste*
- Black pepper *to taste*
- 3 eggs
- 1 ounce of olive oil
- Half cup of bread crumbs
- Half cup of parmigiana cheese
Procedure:
Step 1.
You can use either ground pork or ground beef, or a combination of both. Put the meat in a large container and add the garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, eggs, bread crumbs and parmigiana cheese. Mix it evenly and set aside.
Step 2.
Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.
Step 3.
Afterwards, form golf-sized balls out of the mixture and place them one by one in a pan lined with olive oil.
Step 4.
Then, bake the meatballs in the oven at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Step 5.
Once the meatballs are prepared, cook them with the tomato sauce for 20 minutes. Make sure that the pan is under low heat.
Step 6.
Then, serve the meatballs with any of your chosen carbs. Enjoy your meal and meatball your way to paradise!
