- 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
- 3 cups of all-purpose flour
Get a large bowl and place the warm water and yeast in it. Whisk it until the mixture has dissolved. Set it aside.
Get another plastic bowl and put honey, salt, sugar, milk and butter in it. Place it in the microwave and process it for about a minute. Set it aside and allow the butter to melt.
Get the flour and add it in the bowl with the yeast and water. Pour in the milk mixture. Stir it well until you form a dough.
Knead the dough and add flour as needed. When the dough is already smooth and elastic, stop.
Get a large bowl and grease it with oil. Place the dough in the greased bowl. Use a clean towel to cover the bowl and leave it for about 1 ½ hours.
Punch down the bowl and shape it into a square. Cut the dough into 16 equal parts.
Get one part and roll it into a bowl.
Get a baking sheet and line it with baking sheet and carefully place and arrange the dough pieces into it.
Dust it with flour. Place pan in a warm spot and set it aside for 40 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the pan in the center rack and bake it for 25 minutes. It must turn golden brown and not dark brown.
