Non Dairy Products for Non Dairy Smoothie Recipes

These are some non dairy products that can be used in non dairy smoothie recipes or as replacements in smoothie recipes with dairy products. Soy Milk – Popular brand Silk® Soy Yogurt – Popular brand Silk® Rice Milk – Popular brand Rice Dream® Almond Milk – Popular brand Almond Mylk® Non Dairy Ice Creams – Popular brand Rice Dream®

Tips: Add-in possibilities are endless with smoothies. You might try sugar or honey to taste; 1 tbsp. wheat germ; 1 tbsp. brewer's yeast; or lemon or lime juice and zest. Honey, mango, lime and candied ginger are a great combination! If you freeze the fruit before making the smoothie, the drink will be colder when blended. You can buy bags of frozen mixed fruits at supermarkets, but make sure you buy unsweetened fruit. You can use another kind of fruit juice or even water in place of orange juice. You can leave out the banana and add more fruit instead, but the banana helps thicken the smoothie.

Don’t use milk. Use juice and a banana, and then frozen fruits. Usually orange juice, little bit of cranberry juice, banana, frozen strawberries, frozen mango, frozen peaches, and raspberry sorbet. Its delicious.
