INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of organic cherry tomatoes
- ½ lemon – squeezed and juiced
- 1 tablespoon of Tahini or buttery sesame (you can also crush sesame if neither is available)
- 1 teaspoon of mustard (yellow mustard or raw mustard seed)
- 1 minced green onion
PREPARATION:
Step 1.
Prepare all of the ingredients. Mince the green onion and squeeze the lemon.
Step 2.
Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix all of them thoroughly until you create a smooth salad dressing.
Step 3.
Enjoy and savour your healthy and yummy dressing together with your chosen greens!
