A Refreshing Melon Juice To Keep You Cool This Summer

Other than water, what's the best drink to enjoy on a hot summer day? FRUIT JUICE. Whether it's strawberry, mango, orange or kiwi, you can pretty easily make a pitcher of cold fruit juice with any array of snacks and appetizers. While there are dozens of fruits to choose from, today we're going to focus on cantaloupes…also known as melons. Inspired by Filipino melon juice, we've got a short and sweet recipe for you to try out. In less than 15 minutes, you too can cool down and enjoy this sweet sweet nectar.

Ingredients:

Step 1: Sugar Water

In a small sauce pan, bring a cup of water to a boil. Drop in the half cup of sugar and let it simmer until homogeneous. Once you're done, let it cool in the fridge.
