Margarita Cupcake Ingredients List:

Lime Cupcake Batter: (Bake: 350* for 18 minutes)

• 2/3 c sugar

• 1tbsp lime zest

• 3oz butter

• 2 drops green food coloring

• 2 eggs

• 2 tbsp lime juice (real!)

• 1 1/3 flour

• 1/2 tsp baking soda

• 1/2 tsp baking powder

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1/2 c low fat plain yogurt

Tequila Lime Icing:

• 1/3 c lime juice

• 1/3 c tequila

• 2 tsp vanilla

• 1 tbsp lime zest

• 5 oz butter

• 11.5 cups powdered sugar

• garnish: a pinch of margarita salt abd lime wedges
